All ‘requirements’ from Zendesk automatically synchronize to Azure DevOps and all the details associated with the ‘requirement’ synchronize back to Zendesk.
Configure the Zendesk and Azure DevOps connectors with authentication details in OIM.
Select the projects in Zendesk and Azure DevOps to be synchronized.
Choose the entities to synchronize, such as requirements, tasks, and bugs.
Define the sync direction (one-way or two-way) and map relevant fields for synchronization.
Activate the sync and monitor integration performance through OIM’s dashboard.
