  • Plan and implement company’s talent acquisition strategy
  • Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
  • Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions

  • Ensure OpsHub brand message is consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Understand and develop marketing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment projections
  • Direct analytical data gathering and marketing/consumer test strategies

  • Strong understanding of Marketing Automation, Modern Marketing, DRIP Campaigns, and Commercial Business - technical hands-on knowledge of Marketo, Eloqua or Pardot is a must
