Job Description
  • Identify the right business opportunities received through inbound sources. Understand customer challenges and buying requirements.
  • Responsible for achieving or exceeding monthly metrics such as lead conversions, sales closing, revenue generation, and connecting with new prospects.
  • Responsible to engage with leads via emails and direct conversation, closes on qualified opportunities, prepare a quote, and get a deal.
  • Requires working with cross-functional teams (Professional Services team, Engineering team, Product Development team, Support team and Customer Success team) for delivering the solution to the WON opportunity.

Required Skills
  • Four years engineering college degree or equivalent degree/certification from an accredited institution and MBA.
  • 12+ years of experience in an IT Product/Solution Sales.
  • Experience in business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment.
  • Successful track record of high sales achievements and a track record of achievements in the Account Management.
