Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager
IT Product Sales, Global – Ahmedabad
Team(s) you will work with: You will work with the Direct Sales team. You are going to play a strategic role in building creative sales strategies that are focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue generation for the business.
Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for engaging with leads via emails and direct conversation, qualify the lead, close on qualified opportunities, prepare a quote, and get a deal.
- Works with cross-functional teams for delivering the solution to the WON opportunity. Collaborates with Professional Services, Engineering, Product Development, Support and Customer Success teams to ensure the quality services and timely deliverables committed to the customers.
- Expands relationships with existing account/customers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow one or more assigned account/customer.
- Reports to the VP Sales and will be responsible for achieving sales quota for the assigned product lines and targets.
- Works as an individual contributor role as well as with the Sales team to meet both individual and team targets.
- Works with the Marketing team in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
- Establishes professional and productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Provides coaching and mentors team members, sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- A 4-year engineering college degree or equivalent degree/certification from an accredited institution and MBA.
- 6+ years of experience in an IT product /enterprise sale.
- Experience in business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment.
- Working experience with a range of clients located in the US, UK, Europe, Canada, and other countries.
- Successful track record of achievements in sales and account management.
- A person with a go-getter attitude and fire to overachieve the targets.
