Content Writer – Marketing Communications
Team(s) you will work with: You will work with the Marketing & Communications team. You should be able to contribute to the development of strategies that will increase reader engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Marketing content (development and creation), including online branding, video, newsletters, case study, digital media marketing, etc.
- Responsible for producing high-quality documentation (Marketing content, campaigns, and social media) that contributes to the overall success of our products.
- Implements communications plans to increase brand awareness.
- Presents information and instructions lucidly and logically for greater reader comprehension and edits technical information accordingly.
- Creates tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
- University degree in English/B.Tech./M.Tech.
- Excellent written skills in English.
- 2+ years of experience in content writing, and development in IT industry.
- Willing to work in Ahmedabad.
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting, as necessary.
- Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Aware of the differences between British and American English.
- Should be comfortable researching and writing on technical topics.
- Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
