As part of a major restructuring, the company split into two independent organizations. This required a complete bifurcation of all work items while maintaining data integrity. The migration had to:

Challenges

The migration of 6 projects from Azure Devops Services to another Azure Devops Services as part of the company’s restructuring plan.
The task was to identify and bifurcate work items according to the two different organizations.
