Black Knight was looking for assistance with migration support as it transitioned from Rally to Azure DevOps. They wanted to outsource the migration project to allow their teams to focus on new innovations and product delivery. Challenges
Black Knight sought to preserve the attachments and audit history from Rally, as they migrated into Azure DevOps. To minimize disruption and avoid productivity loss, it was required that the migration progress quickly, without pausing any ongoing development processes.
